1. General

These General Conditions apply when you place an order via the website http://www.Style.ma.com , our Style.Ma mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”).
By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, or the “Terms” as we will refer to them hereinafter. So make sure you have read and understood them carefully before ordering.
To place an order you must have the right to enter into contracts, which means you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
You must also have a valid email address and a delivery address in Belgium (apart from transport companies) to be able to place an order.
You cannot place orders for professional, commercial or independent activities. We do not issue commercial VAT invoices for business use.
We reserve the right to change these terms, but the terms you agreed to at the time of your purchase will still apply to that particular purchase. Any new changes will be included in the latest version of the General Conditions published on the online store. These modifications to the General Conditions come into force from the moment you accept them, that is to say when you make a new purchase. It is therefore possible, and even likely, that we modify our General Conditions from time to time. We therefore invite you to consult this page regularly to stay up to date.
2. Prices and delivery costs
The prices displayed in the online store include the current value added tax, but do not include delivery costs. The order completion window displays the total cost of your purchase, including shipping.
Please note that prices in the online store may differ from those in our physical stores.
The delivery cost is indicated in the order finalization window, with the delivery options available. The delivery options available depend on your delivery address and the items ordered. If it is impossible for us to deliver your entire order at once and we need to make multiple deliveries.
From time to time we offer promotions, discount codes, giveaways and other offers. These offers are only valid for the period specified in these offers, and on the conditions directly associated therewith. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated in the online store. To redeem the offer, enter the corresponding discount code before completing the purchase.
3. Order
You want to order ? THANKS ! Here's how to do it. Add the items you wish to order to your cart using the "Add to cart" button. By viewing your cart, you can check your order. If you have changed your mind about an item, delete it before finalizing your order. When you click on the “Confirm purchase” button to place your order, you firmly commit to purchasing the items in the basket. Depending on the payment method you choose, you may need to go through additional steps to complete your payment.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an automated email to confirm that your order has been placed. Please note that an order remains an offer, and does not constitute a binding contract until approved by us. If we approve your order, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with all relevant information about your order and its delivery. The shipping confirmation email represents our approval of your order and the conclusion of the contract between us. Good news !
For various reasons, we may not be able to approve your order. We reserve the right not to approve your order for any operational reason 3.3.a., legal reason 3.3.b. or commercial 3.3.c. For example, this may happen if the item you ordered is faulty and we no longer have items in stock, or if we suspect items are being ordered for commercial resale. If we are unable to approve your order, we will notify you as soon as possible after sending the automatic confirmation email, but in any case before approving your order and sending you the Shipping confirmation.
If we have already received payment for an order that we have not approved, we will attempt to refund that amount using the same payment method you used. If alternative arrangements are necessary, for any reason, we will contact you to implement the refund.
4. Payment terms
Several payment options are available to you. They are listed below. Depending on the payment method you choose, additional fees and terms may apply.
4.1 Payment in advance or upon delivery
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your banking information when ordering with a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Maestro, American Express or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be charged until the items are shipped. Style.Ma reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, the creditworthiness of the customer in relation to the value of the order and the accuracy of the buyer's contact details. We may refuse orders based on the results of these checks."
Paypal
In the event of payment by PayPal, Style.Ma reserves the right to verify the validity of the PayPal account, the existence of sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount and to validate the buyer's billing details. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved in your PayPal account but will not be charged until the items are shipped from the warehouse. Style.Ma reserves the right to refuse any purchase."
Pay now
The Pay Now service is provided by Klarna.
You pay securely by direct transfer from your online bank. Your online banking information is only collected in Klarna's secure payment form. Style.Ma cannot access your information or your account. 5. Delivery
Wondering when your order will arrive? Before placing your order, a finalization window appears. This is where you will find information about the delivery options available to your delivery address, the estimated delivery time after your order is approved, and the cost of each option.
If we approve your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with all relevant information about your order and your chosen delivery option.
Even if we make every effort to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact customer service who will do their best to assist you.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to business addresses. Some cosmetic products can only be delivered to a home address.
6. Returns
Have you changed your mind ? No problem. In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your purchase, for any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. . In addition, we grant you an additional period of 5 days to return all or part of the items in your order. You therefore have a total of 19 days to make a return, whatever the reason!
You can return your items in different ways.
If possible, use the pre-printed returns form included in the package you received. Please complete the returns form and place it in the original package with the product to be returned, attach the pre-printed shipping label and drop off the package at a designated drop-off point or contact the carrier to pick it up .
You can also notify us of your wish to make a return by sending an email to customer service or a letter to insert address, or by completing and submitting to us the standard local authority form. consumer rights. Please include the correct and complete item in the package, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. We would like to point out that you can only return items purchased in the online store. It is not possible to add items purchased in our physical stores to the package. If you do not have a package or pre-printed shipping label, please contact customer service to ensure you are returning your item to the correct address. If this is not the case, we will not be able to process your return.
You can also return the item to all Style.Ma stores located in Belgium, by presenting your electronic receipt and your delivery note (attached to the shipping confirmation email) in store. If you returned your order in store, you will be refunded using the same payment method used to make your purchase. You can use this refund for exchanges or new purchases directly in store if the purchase was made by credit card, gift card or a combination of both. Ideally, our store systems should operate smoothly. But sometimes we encounter problems. If our store's system cannot access your online order due to a malfunction or otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Please note, incorrect orders (e.g. wrong or missing items) cannot be processed in our stores. Style.Ma items can only be returned to stores with a Style.Ma assortment.
If you wish to make a return, we will refund the order amount and delivery costs. However, unless otherwise stated in the online store, you will be charged for return costs in the amount of €5.00 (free for PREMIUM members). Please note that if you have chosen a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery, you will only receive a refund equal to the cost of standard delivery. Additionally, if you decide to keep certain items and return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order, as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receipt of the items or after you provide proof of return of the items. If you have not received your refund within 20 days, please contact customer service so we can assist you.
We will provide a full refund for any returned item provided it is returned in the same condition it was in when received. If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than for trying on) and the value of the item has been reduced, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to the reduction value of the item. We therefore ask you to treat your items with the greatest care.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, e.g. ex. perishable products such as fresh cut flowers and plants.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to sealed products, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed. This may include certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewelry, face masks, beauty products and cosmetics.
7. Defects
Is there a problem with the item you ordered? According to applicable consumer protection legislation, all products must be free from defects, which means that they must comply with the sales contract, be fit for their intended use and function like any other product of the same type. If this is not the case, please submit your complaint to us, we will be happy to help you.
For any item deemed defective, we will offer to repair or replace it, depending on the item, the defect in question and your request. If this proves impossible or results in disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or refund, depending on your preference.
If an item you received is defective and you notice the defect within 7 days of receiving the item, we encourage you to follow the instructions in Section 6 (Returns). Please indicate that the item is defective on the returns form or during your communication with customer service.
8. Our responsibility
We do everything possible to ensure that the information published on our online store is accurate, complete and up to date. Despite our best efforts, this information may prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We are not bound by this information from the moment you realize, or should have realized, that the information was inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
We make every effort to accurately display and describe the characteristics of measurements, composition and colors of our products in the online store. However, the color you can see depends on your device. Our measurements are only approximate values to better estimate the model or size of this specific item. This is not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive, as final measurements may vary depending on the material used in its production. Things are going really bad, what to do? In the event of an event beyond our control, which we are unable to overcome or reasonably anticipate, we will no longer have an obligation to perform the contract concluded with you. This could be a government action or omission, new legislation, a labor law dispute, war or threat of war, a major disruption of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, virus or natural disaster. If any of these events occur, we are not required to compensate you for any damages. Please note that as a consumer you retain the right to cancel your purchase in such circumstances.

10. Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the applicability of any other provision of these Terms.
